I’m Emma Sampson. I’m 14 years old, and I am a freshman in high school living in NE Kansas.

I like rodeo because of the community, the experiences, the support, and the connections.

My goals for life are to live a Godly life and inspire others to overcome their challenges while being an inspiration to others.

When I grow up I want to be a vet tech and use that to help me build a facility so I can carry that knowledge with me to help me train and take care of horses as well as becoming a professional barrel racer.

I want to help inspire the future of rodeo by demonstrating my faith and showing that you can do anything that you’re truly passionate about.

I’m Kimber Krewson, your reigning MKYRA Princess. I have competed in all sorts of jackpots, and other Rodeo associations, but the community and friendships I have found with MKYRA has been by far my favorite.

My favorite part about rodeo is simply the family that you become while traveling together all year.

This years goals are simply to get better. Everyday. Stay focused, and be faster and cleaner everytime I come through the gate. Outside the arena, I am an active member in 4-H where I also show pigs where the goal is to always get a healthy thriving animal to the Fair.

After high school my goal is to open a rehab and performance horse therapy facility. Helping inspire the next generation of rodeo is vital because youth rodeo is where it all starts. To do that, I try to be an encouraging mentor for the younger generation and making sure our rodeos feel welcoming to everyone, while promoting our organization outside the arena.
