To maintain order and standards set up by the MO-KAN Youth Rodeo Association amoung members at their functions.  The MO-KAN Youth Rodeo Association is organized exclusively for charitable and eductional purposes.  
 
To promote youth rodeo on a regional scale and to work toward bringing recognition to this activity for the members of the MO-KAN Youth Rodeo Association. 
 
To promote the highest type of conduct and sportsmanship at the various rodeo’s by setting up standards to be met to reach this end. 
 
To keep the Western Heritage alive in America. 
 
To promote the humane treatment of animals. 
 
To promote closer relationships among the people interested in this activity and the organization they represent. 
 
To increase and maintain the interest of students in rodeo’s and other related functions. 
 
It is the intent of the MO-KAN Youth Rodeo Association to encourage any student to continue in school as a regularly enrolled student, and to improve his or her education.
